Hello Adventurers!
It is weird not being in the live campaign with you guys! We are working on finding a home to move our community and keep all the fun and excitement going as we work towards the final production and playing TAG with you all. Perhaps a discord group? Just know it is in the works!
Surveys have been smoke tested and are ready to go out!
PLEASE keep an eye on the inbox that you used to back the project. In the survey we will be verifying your pledge, allowing you to add an extra's you would like to purchase and collecting your shipping information.
We are NOT charging you for shipping now, that charge will come closer to fulfillment, next spring to make sure the charge is as accurate as possible.
Pledge Over Time backers- your survey will come once you have completed all three payments.
In the meantime! Our graphic design team is hard at work editing and revising the book layout to make each module as seemless as possible. Ryan and Allison from The Kids Table DND will be hard at work finishing edits and revisions based on valuable feedback from our playtesters.
I (Magen) am hard at work at finishing up all our accessories pieces! We have so many wonderful elements to this project and we want to make sure they are all amazing.
I am having a lot of fun with Korry and Solatzin's plushes right now. It is actually really hard work to get a plush designed and produced just how you want it. I am about 3 test models in and we are getting close. Solatzin needs work on her mane and headpiece but I am pleased with her overall body shape!! Korry is just about completed, just working on the nitty gritty details in his embroidery.

THANK YOU AGAIN! and what is next??

First of all, Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts! I get emotional watching this. You guys have done an amazing thing joining us in this journey.
What is next you must be wondering!
Here is the outline at its most basic:
#1 Kickstarter is collecting pledges. Right now about 70 folks had errors collecting their pledges, so please make sure your credit card info was up to date so you don't miss out on your pledge.
#2 We are working hard behind the scenes to finish up the book in its final form. We have all the content, now it is editing and graphic layout that is the most important. We want to present something that is as easy to read and digest as possible, while also giving you so much cool information and story!
#3 We are also finalizing all the prototypes for each and every accessorie to make sure they are perfect.
#4 Once all that is done, we go to print. Our goal is to be manufacturing everything by January next year.
#5 Once Manufacturing is well underway, you will be receiving your pledge manager survey. This collects your shipping addresses and shipping costs closest to when your items are being shipped to ensure accurate charges. You will also be able to add on any other items you want to your pledge at this time.
#6 After manufacturing, it ships to hubs and then to you our faithful backers!
We put June on our project because we have learned from experience, these things take time. We didn't want to make promises we couldn't keep by promising too quick of a turnaroun. Each step towards creating a brand new product in the world, even after working on it for the past year and a half, takes time! You guys have helped us raise the funds needed to see it to the end and plan for the next iterations to come <3
With that in mind, we will ship as soon as everything is ready. Fingers crossed it can be sooner! If you only got the digital version, we imagine these will be ready to fufill early next year as soon as everything else goes to print.

HOLY MOLY FRIENDS!
You guys are INCREDIBLE! You have helped us unlock ALL of our stretch goals for this campaign. You've showed us that people are ready to start on their own adventures, build meaningful memories with their children and families, tell stories, learn new things and it makes us beyond grateful and excited.
I will get into the nitty gritty technical details once the campaign is over, but I did want to answer a couple of questions regarding add-ons.
You can still change your pledge now, before the campaign ends to add any unlocked stretch goals to your pledge if you would like!
Here is how: To edit your pledge before the campaign ends, go to the project page and click the Manage your pledge button. Select Change your pledge, then adjust your total amount, switch reward tiers, or edit add-ons. Click Confirm changes to save.
If you don't get to it now, DON'T WORRY! You will have another chance when you do your shipping survey through our pledge manager. More details on that later.

Hello there, heroes!
We want to share a hearty THANK YOU for helping us to unlock the .stl files for printable miniatures and the beautiful GM's journal with our last two stretch goals. We are very excited by the number of additional products and features we've been able to unlock with your support! So many of you have expressed your excitement and encouraging words about the game that our hearts will surely be warmed for weeks on end.
With just THREE days left in the campaign, we are looking for some help getting to our FINAL stretch goal: five additional playable species! We know that kids (& grownups too) love to play fantasy species, so we would absolutely love to be able to expand the options available to our players. The best way you can help unlock this stretch goal is by sharing the campaign with a friend who you think would enjoy an adventure! Adding these species will complete the original 9 playable species as included in the Dungeons & Dragons SRD:
Already included player species: Human, Elf, Dwarf, Halfling
Stretch goal player species: Dragonborn, Orc, Tiefling, Goliath, Gnome
We've had many requests for playable species for our South American-inspired creatures: the axolotl, capybara, spectacled bear, & toucan. However, without sharing any spoilers, there are story-based *reasons* why we can't do that for this first foray into Enduril. But don't lose hope! If all goes well and we're able to write a second adventure in Enduril, those creature-based playable species WILL be added. (Also, if you really want to homebrew your own versions for this first adventure, we won't tell Queen Tabitha III - shh!)

Campaign Midway Update!

Can you believe we have already crossed the halfway point of the project?!
A quick apology for the lack of updates. We (Magen, Trevor and our 4 kiddos) took our kiddos on a much needed summer break mini road trip a few days after the campaign got started. We were monitoring everything remotely, but trying to keep our computer time to a minimum while with our kiddos!
Today marks the halfway point in our Kickstarter campaign and we have to say we are incredibly pleased to have 1,500 backers+ who are excited to start or continue playing D&D with "The Adventure Guide: Secrets of Enduril"! The TTRPG community as a whole is wonderfully supportive and encouraging and the outpouring of support and willingness to share the game with others has been overwhelming in the very best kind of way.
Stretch goal updates!
Since our last update, you have unlocked THREE Stretch Goals: NPC Meeples/Cutouts, a gorgeous Dice & Meeples Bag, and a stunning World Map by Cody @dungeonmasterdiaries, for a total of FIVE unlocked Stretch goals, Wow! We blew through those milestones thanks to your avid support!
There have been a lot of questions about whether all tiers will have access to these wonderful items, and the answer is a resounding yes, everyone will have access to all unlocked goals in one way or another! Unfortunately we can't afford to give away every physical item free for every tier because we've kept our prices as low as we can afford them for each bundle. We want everyone to have the chance to pledge at their budget!
But have no fear! Every item that is unlocked is available for a la carte purchase with your pledge now, and also in the pledge manager post campaign. Each stretch goal shows which tier will receive which items. We have now added PDF version of the stretch goals to each Bundle-including the basic starter tier!
Help us unlock our next exciting stretch goal!
The next upcoming Stretch Goal is for beautifully designed STL files for NPC minis, which has been a popular request by 3D printing and miniature painting hobbyists - and we love the fact that you want to have 3D representations of these characters while sharing your hobbies with the kids at your table! In this case, STLs will be included as a complimentary bonus for Deluxe and All-In tiers, while available as an add-on purchase for all tiers. We do have some very exciting future stretch goals in mind if we are able to draw enough backers to support them, so please keep sharing and supporting the project to assist us in expanding it to become the best it can be! We've received a lot of great questions from D&D-enthusiasts and are doing our best to address them. Please keep them coming! Here are a few answers to the most frequently asked questions:
What is the recommended age for The Adventure Guide: Secrets of Enduril?
Generally, Secrets of Enduril is best for kid players ages 5-14. However, every kid differs in their interests, attention span, and the way they best engage with a collaborative story. With this in mind, children younger than 5 may be able to enjoy the game with grownup help. Simplified character sheets and the use of symbols to identify key stats will help pre-readers navigate gameplay. Considering kids' attention spans, we built in convenient, optional breakpoints after every 30 min or so of gameplay and we included alternative experience suggestions - such as physical puzzle options - to help boost focus for kids who thrive with movement. For older players, we intentionally wrote the kid-friendly adventure to include mysteries and surprises to intrigue and excite the imagination of older teens and adults so they can enjoy watching the story unfold just as much as the kids. If your table includes all adults who simply want a cozy fantasy adventure and an easy way to learn the game, Enduril is for you too!
How many players do you need to play The Adventure Guide: Secrets of Enduril?
The game is intended for 2-9 people: including 1-8 Players and one Game Master. Suggestions are included for increasing or decreasing the difficulty based on the number and experience level of players. Players can choose from eight different Character Sheets with various combinations of four different classes and four different backgrounds and eight different Species Cards with four species varieties and two appearance options each. If you plan to play with just one Game Master and one Player, we recommend that the GM also plays a sidekick Player Character to assist the Player with skills, healing, and battles. If you plan to play with a school club, library event, or similar large group, you could choose to expand the number of players with an additional Player Character Pack or by creating your own Character Sheets, though tables with more than eight kid or beginner players can become unwieldy and players will require patience between turns, so we suggest splitting into several table groups instead.
